Step 1

If you would like to bevel dinosaur’s mouth, first you need to select polygons as shown in the picture in polygon selection mode. You need to move it backward before touching the other point.

Step 2

Then, smooth shift the polygons twice.

Step 3

After that, select points of the lower mouth. Rotate the points by activating the rotate tool and placing your cursor at the red circle, which I’ve highlighted in the picture below.
