To position the arm

Step 1

To position the arm, first, you need to select the whole arm in points selection mode and move it closer to the body along X axis.

Step 2

Now, press Y key to activate the Rotate tool and place your cursor at the area which I’ve highlighted and rotate it backward.

Step 3

Deselect the upper arm’s points and rotate the forearm forward.

Step 4

Later, just deselect the forearm’s points and rotate the hand backward. Finally, deselect all the points and press Tab key to see the result.
