Step 1

If you would like to detail fining mouth, first you must deselect the upper points and move the lower points upward.

Step 2

Now, you need to select points of lower mouth, stretch the points to form a smaller mouth shape from top view.

Step 3

Then move those points higher to let the mouth close.

Step 4

Select points as shown in the picture without selecting the middle point.

Step 5

Move the points down and deselect the points. Next, press Tab key to check the result.
